Silla Plus was created in response to an urgent need in the healthcare sector: the lack of mobility solutions that combine functionality, design and accesibility. Our solution is designed for elderly people and people experiencing mobility, stability or strength limitations, helping them regain greater autonomy in one of the most important everyday movements: standing up.
Founded from a multidisciplinary vision led by Dr Nil Sancho Comasòlivas, Silla Plus combines healthcare, technology, design and social commitment to create solutions centered around the real needs of users.

Turning an ordinary chair into a mobility support
Silla Plus uses a physical support device attached to the front legs of a normal chair, providing additional assistance when the user needs to stand up.

Founded in Barcelona in 2016, Silla Plus was born from the need to address everyday mobility challenges with a simple, practical and accessible approach.
From the beginning, the company has focused on developing orthopedic solutions that combine functionality, design and accessibility, with the aim of making everyday movements easier for people experiencing mobility limitations.
